Thai Express is having promotion set lunch at $8.90++ (main course, side dish and dessert). There are 3 sets to choose from: Tom Yam soup set, Green curry chicken set and Pineapple rice with prawn set.

I decide to try out the Green curry chicken set with prawn toast as recommended by Jenn. Yummy!

It's mum's birthday today. I gave mum 5 choices: Lei garden, Zhou Kitchen, Ban Heng dim sim, Ah Yat steamboat or Sakura. She choose Sakura cause at Yio Chu Kang mrt cause it's near to our house but in the end we went to Dhoby Ghaut outlet instead.

Today feel sick - could be due to over exerted myself over the long weekend, go out everday no rest. Went with JW to Tung lok signatures for simple dim sum lunch as I got craving for porridge.

For dinner, we had crab at Mellben Seafood Ang Mo Kio.

We reached at 5:30pm and there was already a queue of 20 people ahead of us! But the queue moved fast as there were still empty tables.

Claypot Crab Bee Hoon - this is super yummy. The soup taste really sweet. Even mum thinks this is good. Signature dish.


Butter Crab. It is a little spicy but taste 2nd best to the Crab bee hoon. Signature dish.
