Was surprised when I saw the advertisement in Straits times - reminds me of i-cheq programme few years back. Dining vouchers at 30% off. How it works: Citibank card holders can buy $50 face value dining voucher at 30% off i.e. $35. Maximum 4 vouchers per person.
