Sister Birthday Celebration at Imperial Herbal & Sinchi Tcafe Vivocity

We do not have any idea what we want and finally I suggest Imperial Herbal & Sinchi Tcafe at L3 Vivocity. The restuarant serve "zhu chao" dishes at affordable prices.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were attracted to the cartoon seats:
